Our client is seeking a motivated, organised and headstrong individual to help the business expand into the national market. Embodying the company’s ethics of quality and service, the successful applicant will assist with the daily office administration, finances and marketing, with an attention to detail and timekeeping skills essential to maintain a smooth operating system.
Reporting directly to the line manager, other duties will include issuing quotations and contracts, a role that will require the successful candidate to learn the product range and use a pricing matrix to provide a competitive quote. Quotes will be presented in high quality packages and the ability to meet deadlines and manage workload consistently is essential.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent (ideally)
- Administration and/or accounting experience (preferably Quickbooks)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Word, Excel)
- Numeric, oral and written language skills
- Willingness to learn the product range
- Headstrong, but with a sense of humour
- Personable and professional
